A complete carburettor rebuild kit from All Balls Racing, part number 26-1141, matched specifically to the 2007 Honda CRF250R. It brings the consumable service parts for a carburettor overhaul together in one model-specific kit, so there is no cross-referencing individual part numbers or piecing together an order from several suppliers.

Suited to home mechanics and workshops refreshing a carburettor that has been sitting, running poorly on stale fuel, or is simply due for a service as part of routine motocross maintenance. Best fitted during a full strip and clean of the carburettor, with settings checked against the factory service manual on reassembly.

Fitment note: this kit is listed for the 2007 model year CRF250R only. Confirm your model year before ordering.

  • Fit the kit as part of a full carburettor removal, strip and clean rather than swapping single parts in isolation.
  • Work on a clean bench and keep components in order as they come off, so jets and passages are not mixed up on reassembly.
  • Replace worn sealing components with the matching new parts from the kit instead of refitting the originals.
  • Clean jets and internal passages with carburettor cleaner and compressed air only — never pass wire or drill bits through a jet, as this alters its calibration.
  • Check float height, needle position and fuel screw settings against the factory Honda service manual for your bike; do not rely on generic figures.
  • While the carburettor is off, inspect the fuel tap, fuel line and vent hoses and replace any that are perished, cracked or blocked.
  • After refitting, check carefully for fuel leaks before riding and set the idle with the engine at normal operating temperature.
  • Run fresh fuel — stale or long-stored fuel leaves varnish deposits and shortens the life of rubber components.
  • If the bike is stored for an extended period, drain the float bowl to prevent fuel gumming up the jets.
  • Store any unused kit sealed and away from heat, fuel vapours and direct sunlight so the rubber parts do not harden.
