The AGV Race 3 MPLK is the tinted replacement shield for AGV's racing helmets, fitting the Pista GP RR, Pista GP R and Corsa R across all helmet sizes. It's a thick 100% polycarbonate shield with an anti-scratch treatment and optic class 1 clarity, so the view stays sharp and distortion-free at speed.
Built for track and fast road use, it arrives ready for the accessories racers rely on: posts for a tear-off stack, pins for a Max Pinlock anti-fog insert, and the fitting screws needed to swap it onto the helmet's visor mechanism. The wide 190° horizontal and 85° vertical view keeps apexes and mirrors in sight when your head is down.
This is a tinted shield intended for bright daylight and track use — keep a clear visor on hand for night and low-light riding.

- Fit the visor to the helmet's visor mechanism using the supplied screws; tighten firmly by hand only and re-check they are secure before each track session.
- Wash with lukewarm water and a mild soap, then rinse — never use solvents, petrol, alcohol or ammonia-based glass cleaners, as these attack polycarbonate and the anti-scratch treatment.
- Soak insects and road grime loose before wiping; dry-wiping grit across the shield is the quickest way to scratch it.
- Dry and polish with a soft, clean microfibre cloth. Avoid paper towel, tissue and abrasive cloths.
- The Max Pinlock insert is sold separately — handle it by the edges and clean the inner anti-fog surface gently with water and a soft cloth, as it marks easily.
- Fit tear-offs to the posts before a session and peel them one at a time; remove leftover tear-off residue with warm soapy water rather than scraping.
- This is a tinted shield — use it in bright daylight or on track, and swap to a clear visor for night and low-light riding. Check your state's road rules on tinted visors before road use.
- Store the visor in a soft bag or the helmet bag, out of direct sunlight and away from heat sources such as a hot boot or engine bay.
- Replace the visor if it becomes deeply scratched, hazed or impact-damaged; scratches scatter light badly in low sun and at night.
