The AGV K3 Crown Pad is the genuine replacement crown liner for the AGV K3 helmet — the padded section that sits over the top of your head. It is supplied as a single crown pad in grey and does not include cheek pads.

It suits riders refreshing a well-used interior, replacing a pad that has compressed or worn with time, or changing crown pad size to fine-tune helmet fit. Because the crown pad is sized separately from the cheek pads, swapping it is a straightforward way to adjust how a K3 sits without changing helmet shell size.

Note the routing of the existing pad and its fastening points before removing it, so the new pad can be refitted the same way.
Remove the old crown pad gently by releasing its fasteners rather than pulling on the fabric or stitching.
Seat the replacement pad evenly against the inner shell and confirm every fastener is fully engaged before riding — a loose liner can shift under airflow.
Check the fit with the helmet on and the strap done up: the pad should sit flat with no pressure points or gaps at the crown.
Clean by hand in lukewarm water with a mild detergent; do not machine wash, tumble dry, iron or dry clean.
Rinse thoroughly and air dry away from direct sunlight, heaters and hot air, which can shrink or distort the padding.
Do not use solvents, petrol, bleach or harsh cleaners on the pad or on any part of the helmet interior.
Allow the pad to dry completely before refitting it to the helmet to prevent odour and mildew.
After riding in rain, remove the pad and let it dry naturally rather than leaving it damp inside the helmet.
Replace the crown pad when the padding has compressed, hardened or no longer holds the helmet securely on your head.
