The AGV Click Visor Mechanism is a genuine OEM replacement part designed to restore the visor-release system on AGV K5 S and K3 SV helmets. Over time the click mechanism can wear or break through regular visor changes, and this part allows a full, like-new repair without replacing the entire helmet.
Suited to riders who frequently swap visors for varying light conditions and need the quick-release system operating correctly. As an AGV genuine spare, it is designed to the same tolerances as the original fitment.

- Before fitting, remove the visor completely from the helmet and ensure the mounting area is clean and free of debris.
- Align the mechanism carefully with the designated mounting point on the helmet shell before pressing into place — do not force it.
- After installation, test the visor through its full range of motion and confirm it clicks securely at both the open and closed positions before riding.
- Periodically clean the mechanism with a soft, dry or lightly damp cloth; avoid spraying water directly into the mechanism.
- Do not use solvents, petroleum-based products or abrasive cleaners on the mechanism, as these can degrade the plastic and cause premature failure.
- If the visor feels loose or does not click firmly after installation, do not ride — check alignment and re-seat the mechanism or consult an AGV authorised dealer.
- Inspect the mechanism for cracks or deformation as part of your regular helmet check; replace again if any damage is found.
