Clean the outer shell with a soft damp cloth and mild soap; never use solvents, petrol or abrasive cleaners as these can degrade the shell finish and foam liner.
Clean the visor with warm soapy water or a dedicated visor cleaner — never wipe a dry visor, as grit will cause scratches.
If the interior liner is removable, hand-wash in lukewarm water with mild detergent and allow to air-dry completely before reinserting.
Store the helmet in a cool, dry location away from direct sunlight, fuel vapour and chemical fumes, which can degrade EPS foam and shell materials over time.
