The 6D ATS-1R is a full-face road helmet built around 6D's proprietary Omni-Directional Suspension (ODS) system, which is engineered to manage both linear and rotational impact forces — a significant limitation of conventional single-density EPS liners.
It is suited to road and track riders who prioritise advanced impact protection technology in a full-face format. The ATS-1R is offered in Gloss Black across a range of sizes from XS through to 2XL.

- Clean the outer shell with a soft, damp cloth and a mild soap solution; never use petrol, solvents or abrasive cleaners, as these can degrade the shell and compromise structural integrity.
- Remove any interior liners and cheek pads and hand-wash them in cool water with mild detergent; allow all padding to air-dry completely before reinserting.
- Inspect the ODS system, EPS liner and outer shell for cracks, deformation or abnormal movement before each ride.
- Replace the helmet immediately after any significant impact, even if no damage is visible — internal protective structures can be compromised without outward signs.
- Do not apply paint, solvent-based adhesives or non-approved stickers to the shell, as these can chemically attack the substrate and reduce impact resistance.
- Store the helmet in a breathable bag or case, away from direct sunlight, fuel vapours, heat sources and chemical sprays.
- Inspect the visor periodically for deep scratches, crazing or poor fitment that could impair vision; replace the visor if clarity is compromised.
- Check the retention system (buckle and chin strap) before each ride to ensure it is clean, undamaged and functioning correctly.
