The Eurogrip Climber XC is a street-legal off-road tyre built for cross-country, motocross and enduro riding. This is the rear fitment in 120/80-19, tube type, carrying a 63M load and speed rating.
It suits riders who train, race or simply spend weekends in the dirt and want one tyre that copes with a range of surfaces while remaining road legal for the transport sections in between. An aggressive knob layout works with a polyester carcass to deliver traction under brakes and on the throttle, with predictable support when the bike is leaned over.
The standout is the symmetrical, reversible tread pattern: once one side of the knobs has worn, the tyre can be turned around on the rim to make use of the fresh edges, stretching service life on abrasive terrain.

- Have the tyre fitted and balanced by a qualified tyre technician; this is a tube type tyre and must be run with a suitable inner tube and rim tape.
- Ride moderately for the first 100 km or so to scrub in the new surface before pushing hard for grip.
- Check cold inflation pressure before every ride and set it to the pressure specified by your motorcycle manufacturer for the intended terrain — never exceed the maximum pressure marked on the sidewall.
- Do not exceed the 63M load and speed rating, and match pressures to load when carrying luggage or a pillion.
- Rotate the wheel on the rim to reverse the tyre once the knob edges on one side have worn; the symmetrical pattern is designed for this and it recovers a fresh biting edge.
- After off-road rides, wash off mud and grit with water and mild detergent so stones and debris don't work into the knob bases; avoid solvents, petrol and tyre dressings, which can degrade the compound.
- Inspect regularly for torn or chunked knobs, cuts, embedded stones and sidewall damage, and replace the tyre if the carcass is exposed or damaged.
- Re-check tension and seating after the first ride following fitment, particularly if a rim lock is used.
- Store spare tyres upright in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight and away from electric motors, ozone sources and fuels or oils.
